Maryssa holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, and is a licensed attorney in the District of Columbia.

Harshan specializes in renewable energy project finance, with 20+ years of experience advising developers and investors on structuring transactions and allocating capital. His insights into financial modeling, policy frameworks, and risk management are instrumental in BuildQ's operations.

Michael is a seasoned software engineer and tech leader with 20+ years experience. He has architected and delivered cloud-based solutions, contributing to scaling a startup to a $1B valuation. He leads engineering efforts with his expertise in data processing, custom search algorithms, cloud technologies, and tools including Ruby on Rails, Elasticsearch, NLP, and AI development.

Christin brings over 20 years of experience to her role leading sales and marketing at BuildQ. Before joining the team, she led marketing for LevelTen Energy, where she was instrumental in scaling the company from an early-stage startup into the world’s leading marketplace for power purchase agreements. A specialist in high-growth climate tech, Christin is driven by a mission to deploy technology that accelerates the entire clean energy ecosystem.

Nick is an expert in strategy development, operations, and transformation across the utility sector. He brings experience building and managing teams (from 2 to 50+ people), modeling large capital investments, developing go-to-market strategies, and identifying & implementing operational efficiency improvements.

Kate is a product leader with nearly a decade of experience shipping and scaling AI products at Oracle and Microsoft. She built computer vision, document understanding, and Large Language Model services now generating millions of monthly API calls. Most recently, she shipped the first LLM-powered features for healthcare platforms while navigating complex regulatory requirements. Kate specializes in bridging cutting-edge AI technology with real-world applications in regulated environments. She holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.

Fred Goldberg is Of Counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, specializing in tax controversy and policy. He brings extensive experience in tax policy and finance as former IRS chief counsel, IRS commissioner and Department of the Treasury assistant secretary for tax policy. His extensive experience at Skadden and in the federal government equips BuildQ with critical insights into regulatory frameworks and compliance.
