Harshan specializes in renewable energy project finance, with 20+ years of experience advising developers and investors on structuring transactions and allocating capital. His insights into financial modeling, policy frameworks, and risk management are instrumental in BuildQ's operations.

Michael is a seasoned software engineer and tech leader with 20+ years experience. He has architected and delivered cloud-based solutions, contributing to scaling a startup to a $1B valuation. He leads engineering efforts with his expertise in data processing, custom search algorithms, cloud technologies, and tools including Ruby on Rails, Elasticserach, NLP, and AI development.

Eric contributes seven years of full-stack development experience, focusing on building reliable and scalable software systems. His technical expertise is vital in implementing BuildQ’s AI-driven solutions.
